Davis County Is Our Home
As your county commissioner for the past four years, I have made it my mission to work hard for our community and get the results our county deserves. I’m not ready to stop. This area is my home. I promise to keep fighting for our friends and neighbors.
My family has lived and farmed in Davis County for four generations. The lessons that I learned from my father and the strong values instilled in me growing up in this community have helped inform my decisions as your county commissioner. In this role, I have looked for pragmatic, responsible, and effective solutions to the issues facing our county. Although we have come a long way, I am not done fighting for the community that has been so good to my family for generations. I want to continue serving in this capacity and discover solutions that work for us all. I love Davis County and I want to ensure that our community moves in the right direction for generations to come.
What Are Others Saying About Randy?
“I am writing today to ask you to support Randy Elliott, Davis County Commissioner. Much of what we have accomplished at the Sheriff’s Office would not have been possible without the support of our County Commission, most notably Commissioner Randy Elliott who is the Sheriff’s Office liaison with the commission.
I have gotten to know Randy well. I have seen how hard he works for Davis County and how much he cares for citizens of our county. I appreciate his thoughtful approach to issues, his willingness to have tough discussions, his strength in standing for what he believes and importantly the soundness of the decisions he makes.
As you know all too well, we are going through an unprecedented stressful time with a looming pandemic. In times like these we must have strong, courageous, leadership and I have seen that from Commissioner Elliott during this crisis.
It is normal to feel trepidation about what is happening and what is to come, but I want you to know Davis County is in good shape. We are prepared. We have many contingency plans in place. We will move past these current troubles and be all the wiser and stronger for it. Our recovery will once again require strong leadership and I believe Randy Elliott is the person we need in the commission seat to help Davis County move forward.
Please join me in supporting Randy Elliott for Davis County Commission and in looking forward to normal, happier and even more prosperous days.”
